Time of conclusion of contract

By clicking the “Order” button you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart and at the same time confirm that you have reached the age of 18. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent. The purchase contract is concluded with this confirmation. After an order has been placed, it can no longer be canceled and the phrase “return of goods” takes effect.

Prices

Prices are in CHF incl. VAT (only in Switzerland). For customers from abroad, the statutory VAT of their country will be due upon delivery to the shipping service provider.

Payment options

We offer various payment options. You will be informed of the selection during the ordering process.
The expected delivery time can be found in the product description. If no information is given there, delivery will usually take place within 2-5 working days when the order is accepted.

By prior arrangement, it is also possible in exceptional cases to pick up the ordered goods directly from our warehouse – payment can be made in cash, by card or TWINT.

Small quantity surcharge. For orders of small items that can also be sent as letters, we charge a small quantity surcharge for administrative and ecological reasons, which is offset against the postage for parcel delivery.

Return of goods

Returns of goods are only possible in exceptional cases and in undamaged packaging and with our prior consent. We reserve the right to subsequently invoice the shipping costs originally assumed by us. We also reserve an administrative amount of CHF 20.-.
For returns from abroad, in addition to the administrative fee, we will deduct any additional shipping and customs charges incurred by the return.

Change of address

The customer must immediately notify Gangwerk GmbH of any change of address. If he fails to do so, the last known address applies to all deliveries. The customer bears the expenses for address determination.

Product images / product information

The product images do not have to match the appearance of the delivered products. However, we strive to keep the pictures up to date.
The information on the individual products was largely taken from the various information media of the respective manufacturers. The company Gangwerk GmbH – Katharina Mattioli therefore assumes no responsibility for the completeness and correctness of this information.

warranty

The guarantee takes place according to the legal regulations, whereby we are entitled, in the event of a defect in the goods, to supply or repair at your choice. If the reworking finally fails or if the delivered goods are also defective, you can request the return of the goods against reimbursement of the agreed price or a reduction in the purchase price.

complaint

Complaints due to incomplete or incorrect delivery or due to recognizable defects must be made in writing immediately, but at least within 3 working days after receipt of the goods, specifying the alleged individual defects. The obligation to examine extends to the entire delivery. No liability is accepted for defects reported too late.

Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Gangwerk Ganwerk GmbH until full payment has been made until all claims from the delivery contract have been fulfilled.

Final provisions

All undefined provisions are subject to the statutory provisions. The place of jurisdiction is Schleinikon / ZH / Switzerland.
